Schools Are for Fools (sort of...)

If you're thinking about going to graduate school at some point, but haven't found a good enough reason to go, or not to go, here's an article you'll want to read.

It talks about how going to grad school (particularly in the humanities), without having a good reason why is a waste of time and money- and a considerable risk- especially if you're thinking that grad school will somehow resolve any apprehensions you may have of your future.

Yes, it's going to be a little discouraging for anyone already on their way to a graduate program, and maybe irritating for anyone already in one. Particularly so if you believe what's written in the article to be true.

Give it a read, make sure you aren't planning on going to grad school for the wrong reasons.
