Earthquake in Japan- First Radiation Victims (Update #7)

Three people have just officially been confirmed to have been exposed to potentially dangerous levels of radiation. Another 190 may also have been exposed.

Still no news about how far radiation could potentially spread. Again they're saying this depends on the winds.

In some more not-so-enjoyable news, the reactor in my area (Shizuoka), was just announced to be the second-most at risk after the reactors in Fukushima. Oh my.
